“Using Google Tools in Your Online Classroom”

Register Now Open until 10 AM (ET) the day of the webinar.

How are the free tools that Google provides to educators being leveraged in the online classroom? In this webinar Sallie Hill, a Google Certified Teacher, will discuss and show how her school, the Blue Ridge Virtual Governor’s School in Virgnia is using many of the Google Tools in their instruction and projects.

The Blue Ridge Virtual Governor’s School is a hybrid model school. Students learn part of their content in a traditional classroom environment but complete their projects online with group members from other school districts using many of the Google services. Participants in the webinar will get an overview of some of the Google tools and will be able to see real examples of student projects.

Additionally, Sallie will discuss being a Google Certified Teacher and the experience of applying, being selected, and attending the Google Teacher Academy.
